At BikiniCherie, we strive to process and ship every order within 24 hours. However, during high volume times such as holidays, this process could take up to 48 hours.
BikiniCherie offers standard and expedited shippping to all international locations at standard rates.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original condition for an exchange, store credit, or full refund.
Please note, returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with all the tags.
BikiniCherie purchases are eligible for return up to 60 days after the original date of purchase. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax.
For refund and exchange requests, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If the item is defective upon receipt, or if you received the incorrect item, we will happily provide you with a prepaid return label.
After 60 days from the original purchase date, the items are yours for keeps.
How to Return Items
- Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item.
- Select the item(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
- Provide a detailed explanation for the return, in order for the shop team to better understand why you want to return the product and assist you properly.
- Pack and ship the product. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and proceed with the refund.
- You will receive status updates by email. You can log into your account at any time to see the status of your return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or a different item, please do a return of your initial item as described above and make another purchase online.
After 60 days from the original purchase date, the items are yours for keeps.
